Clinical Supervision

Two women are standing near a whiteboard with notes, sticky notes, and sketches on it. One woman, on the left, is reaching out with a marker to the board, and the other, on the right, is observing. The setting appears to be a collaborative workspace, with natural light coming from a window behind them.

My professional background spans nonprofit organizations, hospital settings, community mental health agencies, and community-based services, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of the many environments in which social workers and clinicians practice.

These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clinicians in developing practical clinical skills, navigating complex client needs, maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, and applying ethical and culturally responsive practices.

As a supervisor, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment where limited license holders can build confidence, strengthen their clinical judgment, develop their professional identity, and grow toward independent practice.
